today aw man my get WRK the timing lo shags cos i saw yesterday was morning so wen there today den realize tat
my shift was in the aftrnoon so i tot of goin bishan to repair aniway was oso spolit den realize tat i did nt
bring the warranty card was dam shags lo ya in the end cor my dad n ask him weather is he sendin mi to bishan aftr eat @ home
reply yes so left hse@12.30pm so ya went2 sony ericssion svc centre which in lvl2 bside singtel so ya wad is the problem
1.the loud speadker can b heard went incomin cor or music
2.the kepad have an deep scratch aftr the phone is fix
3.phone had hang went texin msg or music play
4.earphone was nt clear while speaking
5.tis incident through 08 was reported 5cases

customer request 2 change 4 the keypad foc!!!
so ya i told the the girl she was kind yup(= is all depend on her svc weather shld i feedback on gd svc ya!
